Jedan od vodećih svjetskih festivala – Festival Kontrapunkt, i ove će se godine održati u zagrebačkom klubu Aquarius. Na jednom mjestu će biti predstavljena ponajbolja svjetska imena future jazz, soul, latin i općenito elektronske glazbe. U dva dana trajanja (8. i 9. rujan) na festivalu će nastupiti 10-ak bendova i DJ-a. Festival Kontrapunkt je više puta priznat kao pokretač novih glazbenih usmjerenja, i to ne samo u ovom dijelu Europe, već i u svijetu. Tijekom dugogodišnje tradicije na ovome su festivalu otkriveni i današnji svjetski poznati izvođači, poput Gotan Project, te Soil & ''Pimp'' Sessions, koji su se u svojim počecima predstavili zagrebačkoj publici upravo na Kontrapunktu.
Skupina Azimuth je ovdje imala svoj veliki povratnički nastup, legendarna grupa Da Lata je na ovome festivalu održala posljednji koncert i ono najvažnije – broken beat zvuk je Hrvatskoj i ovom dijelu Europe predstavljen upravo na Festivalu Kontrapunkt. Klub Aquarius i Kontrapunkt Festival od samih početaka su postavljali trendove i nove standarde, utjecali na klupsku glazbu metropole, a i okolice, te promicali urbanu kulturu. I grad Zagreb se stoga može pohvaliti ovim značajnim i tradicionalnim festivalskim spektaklom.
Domaćini festivala, Eddy Meets Yannah, ovom će prilikom predstaviti i svoj novi, drugi po redu studijski album ''Once In A While''. Ponajbolja svjetska glazbena imena stižu u našu metropolu, zato nikako ne propustite još jedno izdanje sada već tradicionalnog Kontrapunkt festivala u klubu Aquarius.
